Pick Up & Drop Off

If you're picking up or dropping off passengers, make sure you know which airline they're flying. If you're not sure, visit our flight schedules. Sky Harbor has three terminals. See the map below to determine which terminal serves which airlines. Decide in advance where you will meet your party. Two of Sky Harbor's terminals have both north and south curbs. Tune in to 1610 AM on your radio as you’re driving through Sky Harbor for updated information on Airport conditions.

• Terminal 4 passenger drop off areas are on level 2 [PDF], north and south curbs.
• Terminal 4 passenger pick up areas are on level 1 [PDF], north and south curbs.
• Passengers can also be picked up from the 44th Street PHX Sky Train Station. Wait for your party in the Cell Phone Waiting lot on the southside of the station.

Am I able to meet my family member at the gate?

Most airlines will issue an escort pass which will allow you to go through security to pick up an underage or disabled relative. We recommend that you contact the airline well in advance of arrival in order to be issued the escort pass. See airline contact information.
