CUSTOMS & IMMIGRATION
At Sky Harbor Airport, you will find one of the most efficient international arrival facilities in the nation. These facilities are located in Terminal 4 where most international flights to Sky Harbor arrive. You may pick up your luggage in the international arrivals baggage claim area, where free luggage carts are available.
The International Pedestrian Walkway guides passengers from Customs, through a tunnel, to a 500-foot moving walkway then to level three to the non-secure portion of the terminal. The International Arrivals Waiting Area is in Terminal 4, Level 3 at the east end by Starbucks.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), within the Department of Homeland Security, is responsible for keeping America’s borders safe and secure. The CBP combines the U.S. Customs Service with three other agencies: Immigration and Naturalization Service, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service and the Border Patrol.
Visit the travel section of the CBP Web site at www.cbp.gov for the most up-to-date international traveler information.
