Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the PHOENIX SISTER CITIES COMMISSION and to the general public, that the GRENOBLE COMMITTEE held a meeting open to the public on November 11, 2008, at 5:30 p.m. located at the home of Rick Cole, 2234 E. Palmaire, Phoenix, Arizona (Proper posting outside residence).
