Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the PHOENIX WORKFORCE CONNECTION FULL BOARD and to the general public, that the PHOENIX WORKFORCE CONNECTION FULL BOARD held a meeting open to the public on November 13, 2008, at 9:30 a.m. located at Phoenix City Hall, Assembly Rooms A & B, 200 W.
