SITE PLAN REVIEW TEAM

Site Location:  South side of Deer Valley Drive approximately 320 feet West of 35^th Avenue

 

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the site plan review team and to the general public, that the SITE PLAN REVIEW TEAM held a meeting open to the public on Thursday, November 13, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. located in Room 1 West, First Floor, Phoenix City Hall, 200 West Washington, Phoenix, Arizona.

 

The results of the meeting were as follows:

A development zoned C-1 and located at the South side of Deer Valley Drive approximately 320 feet West of 35th Avenue.  The project name is Deer Valley Pavillions.
