SITE PLAN REVIEW TEAM

Site Location:  Northeast corner of 31^st Avenue and Deer Valley Drive

 

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the site plan review team and to the general public that the SITE PLAN REVIEW TEAM held a meeting open to the public on Thursday, November 13, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. located in Room 1 West, First Floor, Phoenix City Hall, 200 West Washington, Phoenix, Arizona.

 

The results of the meeting were as follows:

Review of Preliminary Site Plan 08-2026

A development zoned A-1 and located at the northeast corner of 31st Avenue and Deer Valley Drive. The project name is IBEW Local 387 Headquarters.
