Notice is hereby given that the PHOENIX OFFICE OF ARTS AND CULTURE held a meeting of the DOWNTOWN ARTIST ISSUES TASK FORCE, open to the public, on Thursday, November 13, 2008, at 3:00 p.m., located in the 12 Floor Subcommittee Room, Twelfth Floor, Phoenix City Hall, 200 West Washington Street, Phoenix, Arizona.
