Changes in East Economy Parking Lot

As you drive into Sky Harbor, it’s clear to see that construction on the PHX Sky Train® is in full swing. Much of the current construction is in Sky Harbor’s East Economy lot. While the lot remains fully open, Sky Train construction is altering the layout.

The way drivers enter and exit the East Economy Parking Lot has changed. Travelers utilizing the lot will find that when they arrive, the location of the Toll Plaza has moved. Travelers will drive south into the lot to get their ticket, and exit at the same new location. No longer will drivers head east and follow the buses to the parking lot entrance. Buses will take a different route than passenger vehicles.

Those who park in the East Economy lot may notice that the entrance and exit to the East Economy lots have changed. Airport staff encourages drivers to drive with caution and watch for signage to direct them where to enter and exit. Please pardon our construction while we make improvements to better serve you.
