What can you buy at the Airport for $10? A Lot!

Do you like to accessorize? Have you found yourself departing for a trip and realized there was an accessory that you left behind? Or are looking for a fun gift for someone? Well, if you answered yes to any of these questions, Bijoux Terner, located in Terminals 3 and 4 at Sky Harbor just might be the store for you. You may have seen signs inside and outside the stores that say “Luxury for $10.” It’s true. Bijoux Terner is a store that has a variety of women’s and men’s items for only $10 apiece. That’s right – everything in the store is $10.

Delstar Companies operates the Terminal 4 location which is located just past security in the concourse housing gates A17-A30. HMS Host operates the Terminal 3 pre-security location. Both stores offer a variety of items ranging from pashmina scarves, purses and carry-on bags for women to ties and cufflinks for men. They also have a variety of watches and jewelry – all for only $10 apiece.

Terri Sperry, Merchandise Coordinator for HMS Host, says that Bijoux Terner is fun! “It is so much fun because everything in the store is $10, so for very little money you can come in and accessorize yourself so well. Every color you can think of, every kind of style, the outrageous to the normal, it’s all here and fantastic gift ideas.”

What are the most popular items that travelers purchase at Bijoux Terner? “Oh, the number one item by far is the pashmina – you can do a million things with it, you can wear it in so many different ways,” Sperry said. “Our second best selling item actually is our watch. We have watches in metal, in cuff, in leather, and in every imaginable color.”

Does this all sound too good to be true? Those who run the stores insist it isn’t. “Sometimes when customers first walk in, they think this can’t be $10 and as soon as they realize that everything in the store is $10, they smile and they get busy,” Sperry says.

Sperry points out that the stores also have larger travel bags in case you have bought too much at your destination or your suitcase is too heavy. And, the stores carry evening bags in various colors that are a great alternative to more expensive, department store evening bags.
