Tabulations and Awards by Solicitation Number
The Purchasing Division will post preliminary tabulations within five (5) calendar days of the advertised bid opening. The tabulation can be viewed/printed by clicking on the "Preliminary" link below the solicitation number. The information on the preliminary tabulation will be posted as it was read during the bid opening. The city makes no guarantee as to the accuracy of any information on the preliminary tabulation. The bid tabulations do not reflect payment terms and/or SBE price preference.
Once the city has completed its evaluation, an award recommendation will be posted. The award recommendation can be viewed/printed by clicking on the "Recommendation" link below the solicitation number.
