The City of Phoenix Engineering and Architectural Services (EAS) Department newsletter is the tool used to advertise new projects for Engineers, Architects, Consultants, Job Order Contracting, Construction Managers at Risk, and Design-Builders (firms which are chosen through a qualifications-based selection process), and Design-Bid-Build. The newsletter is sent to subscribers by internet email by approximately the seventh day of each month (plus special editions when needed). There is no cost to subscribe. Firms interested in subscribing to the EAS newsletter should complete and submit the form below. Firms should begin receiving the newsletter the following month.
