For Student Artists

Student-Originated Projects
We seek originality that involves an entire class or program. For example, students may study the art of a culture and then model the design styles of that culture to interpret their own lives.

Themed Exhibitions
Themed fine-art exhibitions are created specifically for the Airport audience and may include student art created under adult supervision. Schools and groups are contacted directly to either borrow art that has already been created, or to request that art be made with a particular theme.

Art Criteria

  • Artwork shows originality by each student.
  • Artwork fits within a designated art space.
  • Artwork is treated professionally.

If your student group has a project, or would like to participate in a themed exhibition, please call: (602) 273-2105 and provide the following information:

  • project coordinator (name, phone #)
  • age or grade level of participating students
  • proposed media (2D or 3D)
  • preferred participation dates (spring, summer and fall)
