The Phoenix Airport Museum, one of the largest airport museums in the nation, has a collection of almost 600 works of art and gallery
spaces for exhibitions and serves Sky Harbor, Deer Valley and Goodyear airports.
The Museum collection grows as artworks are acquired with percent-for-art money or through donations. The Phoenix Office of Cultural
Affairs works with the Museum to acquire art for the airports using one percent of Capital Improvement Project construction costs to
purchase artwork. Donations from artists, collectors and institutions contribute to the Museum’s collection as well. Managed through
the Phoenix Airport Museum, donations are a great way to acquire artwork that is otherwise unavailable.
