One of the steps required for a Ground Transportation company to conduct business with the Airport's Ground Transportation section is to first establish the company and obtain an Airport security credential through the services provided by the Airport's Security Badging Office. Possession of the security credential authorizes the individual to conduct business with the Airport's Ground Transportation section. The applicant will then need to meet the requirements as set forth by the Ground Transportation section for the applicant to become a registered driver.
The forms listed above are the forms a Ground Transportation driver will be required to submit to the Security Badging Office in order to obtain an Airport issued security credential.
Ground Transportation individuals conducting business with the Airport's Ground Transportation section will be required to obtain an Airport issued security credential. Therefore all applicants will be required to submit to the Airport's Security Badging Office the Security Credential Application Form, Criminal History Records Check Application Form and the Security Threat Assessment Application Form. The only exception is the Ground Transportation Authorized Signer Application Form which is to only be used to first establish the Ground Transportation company and is submitted by the company's designated Authorized Signer.
All documentation and/or identification in support of the application forms must be original and unexpired.
