There are a number of ways to pay your monthly Municipal Services Bill. Below is a listing of bill payment options. Click on an option to learn more.

Types of Payment Accepted
Pay Online through the city's Online Bill Payment system- The city currently offers the option to pay your current water bill online at no additional charge. You will need your credit card or debit card number, expiration date, card holder name, and the address where your credit card bills or debit card bank statements are mailed. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. (Note: If your account is about to be shut off or has been shut off for delinquency, you cannot make a payment online).
Pay through SurePay Program - The city currently offers this program where automatic withdrawals from your checking or savings account are made each month. Learn more about the SurePay program.
Pay in Person at a Water Services Pay Station - Bills can be paid in person at the following Water Services Department pay station locations:

*You can make payments 24-hours a day/ 7-days a week with a UTT Payment Machine, which is similar to an ATM. When using the payment machine you will need your bill, and, you have the option of paying by check, money order, or cash (but no change is given).

Pay in Person at Chase Bank - Bills can paid at any Chase branch office throughout the Valley. When using this payment method you will need your bill. Click here for Chase Bank locations. (Note: No delinquent bills or bills with final turnoff notices can be paid through this method).
Pay in Person at APS Customer Office - Bills can paid at the APS North Valley Customer Office, located at 4612 E. Bell Road (west of Tatum Blvd). When using this payment method you will need your bill. (Note: No delinquent bills or bills with final turnoff notices can be paid through this method). Office Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Click for map of this location.
Pay by Mail - You can mail your water bill to: City of Phoenix Water Services Department; P.O. Box 29663; Phoenix, AZ 85038-9663 (Note: This address is for payments only. See bottom of this page for address used for inquiries and correspondence.)
Pay by Phone - You can use the automated touch-tone phone credit card payment system, 24 hours a day -7 days a week, by calling 602-262-6251. (The best time to pay using this system is before or after normal business hours, and especially on weekends). To make a payment using this method, you will need your account number.
