The Paradies Shops which operate 15 stores in the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport have been selected as one of the Valley’s 2009 Best Places to Work by BestCompaniesAZ and the Phoenix Business Journal. This contest selects 10 companies in each category (from micro-sized to X-large companies) to be on this prestigious list. Companies are rated entirely based on employee opinion survey results on categories such as team effectiveness, retention risk, alignment with goals, trust with co-workers, individual contribution, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, work engagement, and people practices. The Paradise Shop is rated in the medium size category which has between 100-125 people employed.
