America’s Friendliest Airport® Shows Appreciation

Visitors to Sky Harbor on Wednesday, Oct. 7th, might have seen some unusual things like a giant cookie walking around, Amelia the Airplane handing out goodies or a performing chicken at the Rental Car Center. Why? Because Wednesday was Customer Appreciation Day and travelers at America’s Friendliest Airport® were treated to discounts, demonstrations, and free samples at various shops and restaurants around the Airport. Phoenix Mayor Gordon even made an appearance to greet and thank travelers at Sky Harbor. Above and to the right, see pictures from the exciting Customer Appreciation Day festivities.
