What's Happening
More Nonstop Canadian Flights Coming
Canadian visitors and Valley residents who enjoy traveling to Canada will have additional travel options beginning at the end of October. WestJet is launching two new routes from Phoenix to British Columbia. The first route will be to Kelowna beginning October 31 and the second will be to Victoria beginning November 4. Both will have one weekly nonstop flight. These routes will be seasonal.
Additionally, last year, WestJet began offering seasonal service to Regina, Manitoba, and Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Due to the demand for these destinations, WestJet will increase its seasonal service from one weekly flight to two. And, both US Airways and WestJet are increasing their flight options to Edmonton, Alberta for the winter months.
These seasonal services are in addition to the nonstop flights offered to various cities in Canada on Air Canada and US Airways. To see flight schedules and to plan your trip, click here.
