Reserve-A-Ride

Transportation Program

Reserve-A-Ride provides specialized, door-to-door transportation for the elderly, age 60 and over; and certified disabled individuals, age 18 and over, for transportation to senior centers, medical appointments, social service agencies and shopping. All vehicles are wheelchair accessible.

Reserve-A-Ride's primary responsibility is to provide transportation to and from city of Phoenix senior centers. After completing trips to the senior centers, other trip requests are accommodated whenever possible.

Reserve-A-Ride information

If you are registered with Reserve-A-Ride, call two working days in advance of your trip request to 602-262-4501. Reservations are taken from 8 to 11 a.m. Monday to Friday.

If you are not registered and need a ride, you must call 602-262-4400, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday to register.

If you are disabled, a medical professional must fax a statement indicating your disability to 602-534-4252 prior to receiving services. A copy of your disability certification card also can be used to verify your disability.
