Red Mountain Springs has fifty-two (52) two-bedroom townhouse style apartments, each with 1000 square feet. The monthly rental amount for these exquisite two-bedroom units is $454 for low income families and $510 for moderate income families. Rental agreements and renewals may be negotiated for terms of three months to one year. Residents that have completed one regular term may go on a month by month basis for an additional $25 per month.
