Located in the heart of Central Phoenix, this four-story, one hundred and fifty-six (156) unit apartment community is dedicated to helping our local seniors continue living and active and fulfilling life throughout their retirement years. Residents can share a real sense of community spirit. Pine Tower is conveniently located to local hospitals, Downtown Phoenix, Sky Harbor International Airport, Squaw Peak Senior Center and the bus line.

Pine Tower offers spacious, unfurnished studio and one-bedroom apartments. The all-electric kitchens have plentiful cupboard space, a large pantry and a full size frost-free refrigerator. Each bathroom offers a tub or shower with safety handrails. Large closets provide plenty of storage. All apartments offer a private patio or balcony. For resident comfort, each apartment is equipped with an individual air conditioning/heating control.

Additional services and features provided to the residents of Pine Tower include:

• 24 hour emergency staff
• Buddy "check" system where neighbor's check on neighbor's well-being
• Free weekly transportation to grocery stores, shopping malls and pharmacies
• 24 hour Laundry facility located on the first floor. Residents pay two dollars ($2.00) per month to use the non-coin operated machines.
• Mobile Postal Unit visiting twice per month
• Two supplemental food programs for those who qualify
• Covered Parking at no additional cost
• A courtyard with large shade trees, a colorful rose garden and park benches
• Interior corridors provide greater security
