The Workforce Investment Act of 1998 mandates that the state develop and maintain a list of all Eligible Training Providers (ETP). This list would be made available for customer review and use in making informed choices regarding training.

The city of Phoenix Workforce Investment Board is responsible for soliciting applications from training vendors and certifying the vendor for inclusion on the state ETP. The city of Phoenix under direction from the Local Workforce Investment Board is accepting applications from training providers who wish to be included in the state Eligible Training Provider list.
