Youth Budget Forum Exercise

Directions:

Listed below are areas the city considered spending money on. During this exercise, you are a council member and must decide how to spend the city's budget. Please rank the items listed below in order of importance. Start by using "1" as the item you think is most important, then "2" as the second most important item, and so on. For the items listed below, you only have $1,000, which means you cannot fund everything.
