Downtown Phoenix Skyline

With explosive growth in the downtown core, new investment and redevelopment are taking root in the Warehouse District to the south of the commercial center of the city. Bounded by Madison and Lincoln Streets to the north and south, and 7th Street and 7th Avenue to the east and west respectively, the Warehouse District is composed of an eclectic group of restaurants, bars, warehouses, and residential uses.

  • US Airways Center is home to the NBA’s Phoenix Suns, WNBA’s Phoenix Mercury, and the Arena Football League’s Arizona Rattlers. In addition, the Phoenix Roadrunners hockey franchise will call USAC home. The center recently received a multi-million dollar facelift, making it a premier venue in Arizona and nationally.

  • Chase Field is the 48,000 seat home to Major League Baseball’s Arizona Diamondbacks. Chase Field was the nation's first retractable roof stadium with a natural grass field and also hosts many other major events throughout the year.
