Community Business Development Program
This program is designed to address the needs of un-served/under-served markets
and mature commercial centers. Technical assistance is available to developers,
retailers, brokers and design professionals interested or involved in community
retail/commercial projects, that either provide services to mature under-served
neighborhoods, remove blight from existing retail/commercial centers and/or
redevelop retail/commercial centers in transition.
