Phoenix Convention Center Expansion
   
- The $600 million expansion of the Phoenix Convention Center will triple in size, offering nearly 900,000 square feet of rentable space and more than 2 million square feet total.
- The expansion is taking place in phases so that the Phoenix Convention Center remains open for convention business throughout the project.
- Phase One, the West Building, was completed in July 2006. Phase Two, the North Building, will be completed in December 2008 and is ready for business in January 2009.
