  Affordable Housing
The city of Phoenix is dedicated to providing quality affordable housing to low and moderate income families. Properties are owned by the city of Phoenix but managed by a private management company. All of our apartment communities are conveniently located throughout Phoenix. They are located near bus routes, shopping centers and grocery stores. The senior communities feature large multipurpose rooms with regular social events and food supplement programs for those who qualify. Applications for the Affordable Housing program properties are taken at each individual site.
