Phoenix Workforce Connection

Phoenix Sky Harbor Center

Airplanes aren't the only thing taking off around Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Adjacent to the airport lies Phoenix Sky Harbor Center, a 550-acre, mixed-use corporate and industrial center easily accessible by air and rail services, Interstates 10 and 17, and local freeway systems. Developed to attract domestic and international business, the city of Phoenix promotes a high quality, modern business environment within the center, making land available through creative, long-term ground leases.

The center offers many incentives to qualified domestic and international companies with programs such as the Arizona Job Training Program, the Foreign Trade Zone, the city of Phoenix Enterprise Zone and financial incentive programs. Phoenix Sky Harbor Center has attracted companies such as Bank of America, and Hertz Corporation. For more information, call (602) 262-5040.
