Community Arts Project grants represent a flexible area of funding assistance for arts or cultural activities in Phoenix that foster the artistic development of organizations and promote the community's cultural richness.

These grants may support arts activities that:

In the various kinds of proposals that Project grants support, collaborations between arts or cultural organizations are strongly encouraged. Examples of collaboration might include projects that combine disciplines, joint marketing strategies, or audience development initiatives.
