What You'll Need
To use the Online Construction Permits system, you will need the following information:
- A valid Address or Parcel Number for the property where the work will be done;
- Contractor Name if it will be different from the person submitting the application;
- The type of work to be done;
- The square footage and dollar valuation of the work.
System Requirements
There are a few requirements for effectively using the Online Permits system.
- Web Browser capable of Javascript, styles, and SSL encryption - Netscape 6.x and later, Internet Explorer 4.x and later, Opera 5.x and later, Safari, or Mozilla/Firefox is recommended;
- A graphic-capable printer, preferably an inkjet or laser printer. Color is NOT required.
