gathered to kickoff this year's reading program for kids, where they can earn
points for time spent reading and tickets to see the Diamondbacks play. Serial
Predator Billboard Campaign The city of Phoenix recently
entered into a partnership with Clear Channel Outdoor, the largest outdoor
advertising company in the world, to display 12 large billboards throughout the
city. The billboards, donated by Clear Channel, will feature Silent Witness messages
about the Baseline Rapist and Serial Sniper. Silent
Witness Reward for Serial Predators Upped to $200,000 News Radio
620 KTAR recently pledged $50,000 to Silent Witness to aid in the capture of the
Serial Shooter and Baseline Killer, a donation which brings the total amount of
